The Bolin EX1030H (Gen 3) SDI IP Dual Output Outdoor PTZ Camera is a high-performance, rugged tracking system engineered to deliver professional broadcast video across harsh, unpredictable outdoor environments. Completely sealed within an IP67-rated dustproof and waterproof casing, the interior structure is vacuum-filled with pressurized nitrogen gas to eliminate moisture accumulation, lens fogging, and internal condensation cycles. To survive long-term exposure along marine coastlines or industrial facilities, the external housing is treated with a specialized salt-corrosion-resistant C5-level protective coating. Supported by a physical motorized rain wiper, an internal automatic heater, and wind resistance rated up to 60 m/s, the EX1030H guarantees steady 24/7 operation from –30 °C to 60 °C.
Low-Light Sensor Array and Precision Optical Tuning
At the heart of the Gen 3 upgrade is a 1/2.8-type Sony STARVIS 2 progressive scan CMOS image sensor matched with advanced auto-focus, auto-exposure, and auto-white-balance algorithms. This processing block achieves superior night sensitivity, preserving sharp, color-accurate Full HD images down to 0.009 lx in full color mode without dropping frames. Outfitted with an expansive 30x optical zoom lens, the system spans wide tracking arcs and pulls distant telephoto perspectives into focus. To preserve razor-sharp imaging metrics at maximum zoom extension, Super Image Stabilization Plus (Super/Super+) technology actively dampens ambient environmental tremors caused by heavy traffic, wind load buffeting, or mounting pole vibrations.
Mechanical Roll Adjustment and Expansive Aerial Coverage
Diverging from typical outdoor systems, the EX1030H features an adjustable roll-axis mechanical framework that provides up to 15 degrees of fine horizontal correction. This allows installation technicians to easily resolve structural leveling imbalances or set unique framing angles on slanted surfaces. The robotic tracking drive features a continuous 360-degree panning layout and a 180-degree vertical tilt plane with auto-flip logic. When paired with an upright mounting installation base, this structural configuration enables a full 360-degree upper skyview aerial perspective, allowing operators to seamlessly track overhead targets across wide-area open zones.
Simultaneous True Dual-Output and Ecosystem Integration
The back panel connection cluster features a secure, waterproof layout that facilitates independent dual-output operations. Production teams can push clean baseband video lines over a standard 3G-SDI port while concurrently broadcasting an IP stream configured to an independent resolution or frame rate. The network streaming processor supports low-latency video distribution via SRT, RTSP, RTMP, and RTMPS protocols over standard 1Gb infrastructure. Built to accommodate virtual software sets, the system incorporates the FreeD protocol to deliver real-time spatial coordinate data directly to augmented reality (AR) or virtual reality (VR) graphics pipelines. The camera is fully NDAA compliant, supports fine control mapping across an expanded 255-step VISCA-over-IP or ONVIF command system, and can be easily mounted using high-power PoE++ deployment lines.
