Product Overview +
Ultra-Compact Multiformat Routing Solution
The FOR-A ERS-44 Series consists of high-efficiency, 1U half-rack routing switchers designed for space-constrained broadcast applications, flypack systems, and mobile OB vans. Supporting multi-bit rate video signals ranging from single-link 12G-SDI down to SD-SDI and DVB-ASI, the series delivers enterprise-grade signal routing in a highly portable footprint. Every input features automatic signal type detection, auto cable equalization, and SDI reclocking to maintain complete signal integrity.
Model Lineup & Flexible Matrix Reconfiguration
The ERS-44 family offers three targeted model configurations to match specific workflow requirements. The standard ERS-44HSA provides fixed 4-input/4-output routing for 3G/HD/SD-SDI and DVB-ASI signals with built-in redundant power. For high-bandwidth 4K workflows, the ERS-44-12G supports single-link 12G-SDI with dynamic I/O channel allocation (configurable as 2x6, 3x5, 4x4, 5x3, or 6x2) and dual power supplies. The flagship ERS-44MF expands on the 12G platform by adding AVDL clean switching, built-in simplified multi-viewing, dynamic I/O flexibility, and optional redundant AC power.
Advanced Control & High-Reliability Architecture
The ERS-44 series features a removable front touch panel that doubles as a tethered remote control unit. System configuration and real-time monitoring are managed via LAN Ethernet, RS-232C, Telnet, or SNMP trap alerts across up to four IP addresses. For uninterrupted operation in mission-critical live production setups, standard or optional dual redundant power supply units protect against power source disruptions.
