Overview

The Yamaha PY64-D is a high-performance Dante audio interface card designed for Yamaha digital mixing consoles equipped with PY expansion slots. Supporting 64 input and 64 output channels of 96 kHz digital audio, the card expands Dante connectivity while providing integrated Sample Rate Conversion (SRC) for seamless interoperability between devices operating at different sample rates. It is an ideal solution for live sound, broadcast, installed audio, and professional production environments.

Performance / Features

The PY64-D delivers 64×64 channels of Dante audio over Gigabit Ethernet with Primary and Secondary ports supporting redundant network operation. Built-in SRC allows the console to exchange audio with Dante devices running at different sampling frequencies without requiring external synchronization. When installed in a Yamaha DM7 Series console, the PY64-D can also bridge two separate Dante networks, providing greater flexibility for complex audio systems.
