High-Density 4RU Production Powerhouse
The FOR-A HVS-Q12 is a compact 4RU live video switcher engineered to satisfy the demands of modern broadcast, live event, corporate, and multi-format production environments. Capable of processing both 3G-SDI baseband signals and 12G-SDI 4K workflows, the HVS-Q12 delivers high-density signal handling in a space-saving chassis—providing smooth expansion from small setups up to 60-input matrix operations.
Seamless Baseband & MoIP Integration
Designed for hybrid IP workflows, the switcher integrates direct MoIP interfaces via option cards. With the HVS-NIF card, users can bridge baseband setups with NDI High Bandwidth and NDI HX2 feeds—ideal for incorporating PTZ camera streams, computer graphics, and remote interview sources. The optional HVS-DNT card brings up to 64 channels of Dante IP audio per card directly into the switcher frame, simplifying audio routing and system cabling via standard LAN infrastructure.
Streamlined On-Set Operation & Automation
Featuring built-in event memory for storing up to 100 complete switcher states, macro execution, bus follow, and 2.5D DVE keying, the HVS-Q12 accelerates complex visual transitions. Control is managed through an enhanced, web-based GUI accessible via desktop or mobile devices, or through standard hardware control panels featuring customizable RGB buttons, OLED displays, and 3-axis joystick positioning.
